Systemic & Family Constellations is a revolutionary approach to addressing personal and systemic issues- whether in relationship to others, at work, with the self, or with the world at large–that enables individuals to overcome patterns or symptoms that have been stuck and repeated in families or in culture for generations.
In this work an individual volunteers to present an issue. Representatives from the circle of participants are then chosen to represent people or aspects in the life of the individual. All participants attending are included and hold the container for healing. With the practice of constellation work we shed light on multi layered family dynamics, loyalties, secrets, as well as deep-rooted emotional ties.
In the sacred container that is created in the constellation process, insights- from making conscious what was previously unconscious- come to the fore. Core principles of this work which apply to daily life will be taught and experienced. Participants are invited to bring questions related to both personal and professional issues
