Interested in learning the fundamentals of Family Constellation work?

This course will consist of six weekend modules intended for your personal process and/or for professional purposes to facilitate your work. Each module will consist of readings, conceptual and experiential learning as well as practice in facilitation.

Module 1 - October 12-13, 2019 - Creating a New Context

  • History and development of phenomenological constellation work

  • What is a system? Who belongs? Who was excluded?

  • Basic principles governing families/systems; developing your family tree/genogram, understanding the “knowing” field of a system

  • Experiential exercises

Module 2 - November 9-10, 2019 - Orders and Dynamics: basic tenets of the work

  • Entanglements, traumatic events, unconscious loyalties, bonding

  • Balancing give and take, innocence and guilt, and blind vs mature love, use of language and stem sentences

  • How to set up a constellation

  • Experiential exercises

Module 3 - December 7-8, 2019 - Our Parents/our Children

  • What is in the way of love flowing and being in healthy relationship with parents/children?

  • How do the principles and orders apply to your relationship with parents/children? 

  • Application of principles in constellations, and setting up family constellations

Module 4 - January 11-12, 2020 - What makes a constellation? 

  • The interview process, reading the field vs listening to story

  • What to look for, and facilitator stance

  • The role of representative, and practicing the initial interview

Module 5 - February 8-9, 2020 - Working with Realms and Symptoms

  • How are different symptoms represented in different realms of experience?

  • Tuning into the uniqueness of each individual, and identifying traumatic events

  • Symptoms of trauma, disease, addiction, behavioral disorders

  • Experiential exercises

Module 6 - March 7-8, 2020 -  Working in private practice. Working in the collective. 

  • Working with individuals-  use of figures and floor anchors

  • Working with collective issues

  • Application and experiential exercises

  • Practice constellations

Family Constellation learning group will be held at the Aligned Center in Irvington, NY with easy access to train to NYC.

Early bird registration by September 30, 2019 is $1,350.
(Thereafter the tuition will be $1,500)
